Digital wedding card makers in Malaysia, compared
On 23 October 2026 we read the pricing pages of 20 Malaysian digital wedding card makers, and the feature and privacy pages of six of them: what they charge, how long a card stays live, and who offers RSVP, guest lists, seating, check-in, WhatsApp sending and photo upload. Wishes2Vows is one of the options, so we have tried to be fair: where another maker is cheaper or ahead, this page says so.

1. How we checked
On 23 October 2026 we read the home, pricing and privacy pages of the six makers compared feature by feature below, and recorded what they say, with the address of the page and a short quote. For the other 16 makers in the price table we read only their pricing pages, so we say nothing about their features. We did not sign up, log in or contact anyone, so anything behind a login is outside this comparison.
When a feature is missing from a maker's pages, we write "not advertised on" that page "as of" the date. That is not a claim that the feature is missing: it may be on a page we did not read, or it may have been added since. Prices change often, and several pages show promotions, so check the maker's own page before you buy.

2. Prices at a glance
Across the 20 self-serve makers in the table, the least expensive paid tier ranged from RM 10 to RM 59.90 on 23 October 2026, with a median of RM 29, and the most expensive tier we saw was RM 129. Every one of them starts below our RM 149. Wishes2Vows is paid once per card, and every card comes with the guest console described below.

3. Features side by side
All six makers whose feature pages we read advertise an RSVP form. The differences start after the reply: who keeps the guest list, who can seat the guests, who checks them in at the door, and whether those are the same records or separate tools.

Two of our features are still in pilot and open only to a small number of cards: WhatsApp sending from the console, and the live photobook. We list them because they exist, and we mark them because they are not yet open to every couple.

If price matters most and you want a beautiful card, several of these makers will serve you well. If your wedding has a long guest list, several events, tables to plan and a door to run, read the next section.
5. What one connected system changes
WeddingKnot and SayaKahwin advertise a seating planner and SayaKahwin advertises day-of check-in. None of the pages we read describes one guest record that runs from the RSVP, through the guest list and the seating plan, to the door.
That is how Wishes2Vows works. A guest replies with their phone number and their party, and the party becomes named guests in one list. You import the planned list your family keeps in Excel and see who has not replied. You drag those same guests onto tables and print the table assignments. On the day you tick them off at the door from a phone, and the arrivals count refreshes about every 30 seconds. Nobody is typed twice, so nothing drifts between lists.
The same console tracks vendors, deposits and balances, and keeps the wishes your guests leave. If no template fits, we design a bespoke card for you, and it runs on the same console. Royale Wedding Card also advertises custom e-invites designed for the couple.

Which Malaysian e-card makers have a table seating planner?
On 23 October 2026, WeddingKnot and SayaKahwin advertised a seating planner. Wishes2Vows has one too, and it seats the same guests who RSVP'd.
Can wedding invitations be sent automatically on WhatsApp?
On 23 October 2026, SayaKahwin advertised automatic WhatsApp reminders as a paid add-on. Most other makers offer a button to share your card link on WhatsApp yourself. Sending from the Wishes2Vows console is in pilot and not yet open to every card.
Can guests upload photos to a wedding e-card?
On 23 October 2026, MajlisKenduri advertised guest photo upload from a table QR code. The Wishes2Vows live photobook, with a slideshow for the hall TV, is in pilot.
Do Malaysian digital wedding card makers follow the PDPA?
We can only report what their privacy policies say. On 23 October 2026, the policies of WeddingKnot and Kadlah named Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. The Wishes2Vows Privacy Policy is written for the PDPA 2010 and is published at /legal/privacy-policy. A policy that names the Act is not a certificate of compliance, for anyone.
What makes Wishes2Vows different?
One guest record from the first reply to the last table: the guests who RSVP are the guests you import against your family's list, seat, and check in at the door. Bespoke design is available when no template fits.
