Wedding day guest check-in from your phone
The person at the door opens the console, finds the party, and taps them in. Counts for each event add up as people arrive.
Package
Day-of check-in is sold with the Grand package, alongside the vendor call sheet.
Try it yourself
Check guests in on a sample wedding day, including part of a party arriving.
A sample wedding with made-up guests. Nothing is sent to anyone, and your changes reset when you reload.
Per event, per person
Check a whole party in for the event happening now, or tick people in one by one inside a party.
When four of a party of six arrive, that is a real state: a stepper records it, and if more people turn up than booked, it asks rather than blocks.
Numbers you can trust at the door
The screen refreshes about every 30 seconds while it is open, and again whenever you come back to it, and it shows how long ago it last synced. Your console can be open on more than one phone at once, so a few people can work the door.
Afterwards, export the check-in report as .xlsx.
The vendor call sheet beside it
Every vendor's arrival time, setup time, location and contacts in one list, with thirteen fixed roles and four payment states, and the amounts roll up into one outstanding figure. Print it as a contact sheet or export it as .xlsx.
What it does not do
- It needs an internet connection; there is no offline mode.
- Updates arrive on the 30-second refresh, not instantly.
- Two helpers changing the arrived count of the same party at the same moment can overwrite each other, so give each party one person at a time.
- Vendor contracts are tracked by date only; there is no document upload.
Questions couples ask
Can more than one person check guests in?
Yes, on your console: it can be open on more than one phone at once. Inviting helpers with a sign-in of their own is not switched on. Screens refresh about every 30 seconds, so give each party to one person at a time.
What if only part of a family arrives?
Record the number that arrived, for example 4 of 6. If more arrive than booked, the console asks you to confirm instead of refusing.
Does check-in work without internet?
No. It needs a connection at the venue.
