Features · RSVP and guest list
A wedding RSVP form and a guest list that keeps itself straight
Guests reply on the card itself. Every reply lands in one guest table you can search, tag and export, and the spreadsheet you already have can be matched against it instead of retyped.
Package
The RSVP form is part of the Deluxe and Grand packages. Excel import, the planned-guests board and exports are sold with Grand.
The form your guests fill in
A guest gives their name and phone number, says yes or no, and books seats for their whole party. The party cap is set per wedding and defaults to 10.
When your card has more than one event, the form asks which ones they are coming to, and your counts are kept per event.
- Phone numbers are checked and stored in international format.
- You can set an RSVP deadline; after it the form closes and points guests to your WhatsApp.
- Dietary questions are optional. Switch them on and guests choose from halal-only, beef-free, pork-free, vegetarian or vegan, with a note field.
Try it yourself
Open the guest list of a sample wedding: search it, filter by event and tag a guest.
A sample wedding with made-up guests. Nothing is sent to anyone, and your changes reset when you reload.
A ticket for every reply
Replying ends with a ticket carrying a reference code. Guests can save it as an image or share it from their phone.
The same browser on the same phone that sent the reply can reopen it later and change the answer.
One guest table, not five spreadsheets
Every reply becomes a row in your guest table: search, filter, sort, and look at one event at a time. Tag guests as VIP, wheelchair, elderly, bride's or groom's family, crew, or with tags of your own.
Each row has a WhatsApp button that opens your own WhatsApp with a message already written. You stay the sender, one guest at a time.
Bring the Excel list you already have
Upload your .xlsx guest list and we match each row to the replies that came in. Matching tries five keys in order: exact phone, exact name, name and side, name and table, name and the last digits of the phone. A unique phone match links automatically; two possible matches are flagged for you, never guessed.
Excel damage is cleaned first: the trailing .0 Excel adds to phone numbers, and titles such as MR, MRS, DR, MISS, MDM and MADAM. A planned-guests board then shows plan against reality, including people who replied but were never on your list.
- Only the name column is required; a template file is provided.
- Up to 500 rows per file. Undo removes the last import batch.
- Export the guest list as .xlsx, or as CSV for Google Sheets or Excel.
What it does not do
- There are no custom questions: the fields are fixed, though you can reword them.
- Editing a reply works from the browser that sent it; from another device or browser the guest is pointed to your WhatsApp.
- Import reads .xlsx only, one sheet: the tab named Guestlist, or failing that a tab with “guest” in its name.
- Automatic WhatsApp reminders to guests who opt in are in pilot testing and not part of any package.
Questions couples ask
Can guests RSVP for their whole family?
Yes. One reply books seats for the whole party, up to the cap set for your wedding (10 by default), and guests can name the people coming with them.
Can a guest change their RSVP?
Yes, from the same browser on the phone they replied on. From another device or browser the form points them to your WhatsApp, so you can change it for them in the console.
Do I have to retype my Excel guest list?
No. Upload the .xlsx and it is matched against the replies. Rows we cannot decide are flagged for you instead of being guessed.
